By submitting this request and the information related thereto to Qatar Cool, the Customer/you hereby understand, acknowledge, covenant and unconditionally agree that:

(i) You have the requisite power and authority to make this request. Qatar Cool assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in relation to the refund of the security deposit once the request is submitted and all information related thereto has been provided on Qatar Cool’s Website;

(ii) You affirm that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You further understand and accept that Qatar Cool bears no responsibility or liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the submitted information. Any consequences resulting from the accuracy or completeness of the information provided will be the sole responsibility of the customer;

(iii) The Security Deposit shall be returned without liability for interest;

(iv) Without prejudice to any other remedy, Qatar Cool reserves the right to return the security deposit minus any outstanding arrears or other amounts owed by the Customer under the Individual Cooling Service Agreement and/or the Cooling Services Agreement, as the case may be, for the satisfaction of customer’s obligations thereunder, if any.
