Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by any means any license or right under any copyright or trademark of Qatar Cool, its Affiliated Parties or any third party. All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in this Site and all material or content supplied as part of the Site shall remain at all times the exclusive property of Qatar Cool, or its Affiliated Parties. In accessing the Site, you agree that you do so only for your own personal, non-commercial use.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any dispute arising out of, or in connection with this Agreement and the Site (and/or any information, or services related thereto) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.
If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, it shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Site is in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail for all purposes. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
