Aysha AlShriem

Aysha Alshriem is a senior executive with over 15 years of responsible and progressive experience in management.  Aysha currently manages and leads the Administration & Support Services Group which entails the subdivisions of, Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and External Communications. Aysha is an active member of the Senior Management Team and a Board Member of Qatar Cool’s two subsidiaries.  Aysha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Qatar Cool.  Aysha’s professional experiences include executive level management, strategic management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, and employee relations

Prior to joining Qatar Cool in 2015 Aysha was the head of HR at the Standard Chartered Bank, Qatar. Before Standard Chartered Bank Aysha managed the HR department for the Qatar Financial Centre Authority (QFCA) and its Subsidiaries.  Aysha worked for QatarGas Operating Company Ltd. looking after the National Development, Compensation and Benefits and Business Automation areas, where Aysha also acted as the HR IT coordinator given her IT background.

Aysha received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kuwait University and completed her Executive MBA in Business Administration from Cass Business School, City University London.
