Fatima Al-Emadi has over 14-years of professional financial experience in well-known multinational corporations. Fatima Joined Qatar Cool in 2021 as the Accounting Manager, shortly after being assigned the role of Chief Financial Officer in addition to her current role. Fatima is currently managing, leading, and overseeing three subdivisions which includes Accounting, Planning & Financial Reporting, and Commercial and Development.

Fatima started her career in a multinational corporation “Talisman Energy Inc.” and gained her initial experience in the head office in Canada, then continued her work in their Qatar based office. After which, she joined ExxonMobil Qatar a subsidiary of one of the largest oil & gas multinational corporations in the world.

During Fatima’s tenures at ExxonMobil Qatar, she created efficiencies through consolidating and automating a various number of manual processes, in addition to her role in centralization of several activities to achieve substantial corporation cost optimization, whilst leading various internal missions.

Fatima has a master’s degree in Strategic Business Unit Management from HEC Paris in Qatar. Also, she is a graduate of Executive Program from Qatar Leadership Centre. Fatima got her bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Qatar University
