Before joining Qatar Cool, Mr. Al Jaidah was the General Manager and Director of South Hook LNG in the United Kingdom; the largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal of Western Europe and provider of 20% of the United Kingdom’s LNG consumption. He completed a bachelor’s of science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri in the United States, he is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has an Executive MBA from HEC-Paris in Shanghai, China.
He has over a decade of energy experience and has held positions throughout the field which include Maintenance, Operations Engineering, Project Management, Marketing and Venture Projects.
Mr. Al Jaidah also established the first liaison office for RasGas in Korea. He also held a position of Inlet Facilities Project Lead for the RasGas expansion phase two project and was also seconded to ExxonMobil as a Project Execution Engineer in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Al Jaidah has a breadth of experience in the energy industry and has worked on a range of worldwide projects on four continents in countries such as Qatar, Korea, Japan, France, Norway, USA, Italy, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
Mr. Shehadeh joined Qatar District Cooling Company ‘Qatar Cool’ in November 2005, with his main role managing the financial strategy for Qatar Cool and its subsidiaries. He is a strong team leader, objective oriented and a driver of the highest quality by means of results.
Mr. Shehadeh is considered one of the founders of the company, acting as the Chief Executive Officer, and also serves as a manager and board member for Instillation Integrity 2006 (i2i) and Cooltech Qatar, two subsidiaries of Qatar Cool.
Mr. Shehadeh has more than fifteen years of firm financial and managerial experience, and has worked with a number of auditing firms. Prior to joining Qatar Cool he spent five years with Ernst and Young, Abu Dhabi, and was in charge of auditing major utility companies, industrial, financial and investment institutions.
Mr. Shehadeh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Jordan. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a member of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA).
Mr. Aniruddha S. Kulkarni joined Qatar District Cooling Company ‘Qatar Cool’ as Director, Technical in October 2015, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Kulkarni has over 28 years’ of comprehensive large-scale management and engineering experience in diversified MEP projects. Mr. Kulkarni has a strong background in MEP Services, HVAC, Ultra low temperature refrigeration systems, District Cooling, Process cooling and controls with an outstanding history of managing projects from initial conception, through development and implementation to Operations and Maintenance.
Mr. Kulkarni holds a Master of Engineering (Mechanical) qualification specializing in air conditioning and refrigeration with extensive international experience, including assignments in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and India.
Mr. Ahuja joined Qatar District Cooling Company “Qatar Cool’ as Chief Internal Auditor in September 2015, reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board and also to the Chief Executive Officer.
He has over 25 years’ experience in risk and controls and working with Boards of Directors and Management in various industries, including manufacturing, investment management, legal services, consultancy, pharmaceuticals and e-commerce.
He previously managed risk and audit functions in Emirates Aluminum in the UAE, Aspire Katara Investment in Qatar, PartyGaming plc in Gibraltar and Clifford Chance in UK. He has also worked for Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Switzerland and consultancy firms including PWC, EY and Moore Stephens in UK.
Mr Ahuja holds a MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of London. He is a UK Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
Mrs. Aysha Alshriem has joined Qatar District Cooling Company ‘Qatar Cool’ in June, 2015 coming from Standard Chartered Bank, where she worked for almost four years as the Head of HR in Qatar.
Prior to that she worked for the Qatar Financial Center Authority (QFCA) managing Human Resources function for QFCA and subsidiaries prior to being an Associate Director for National Development.
Prior to QFCA, she worked with Qatargas Operating Company Ltd. where National Development was a key responsibility in addition to her main role in Compensation and Benefits and Business Automation.
Mrs Alshriem main role in QC is leading the Human Resources Department; she is also an active member of the senior management team. Mrs. Alshriem is at the forefront of facilitating the transformation of not only the Human Resource services, but she also manages the Administration & General Services in Qatar Cool.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kuwait University and completed her MBA in Business Administration from Cass Business School, City University London.
Mrs. Auger joined Qatar District Cooling Company ‘Qatar Cool’ in September 2011, as the company’s General Counsel and Secretary to the board of directors. She works closely with the executive management, and provides general legal advice on a variety of business matters, such as drafting complex transactions, business negotiations, counseling on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Qatar Cool, Mrs. Auger acquired vast experience as an international corporate lawyer, at some of the most reputable organizations in the private sector across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Mrs. Auger holds a law degree from the Lebanese university, a Diploma of Advanced Studies in International Economic Law, from the University of Paris XIII, France, and has been admitted at the Paris Bar through her CAPA certification.
Mr. Khader joined Qatar Cool in August 2005. His team manages the customers of West Bay Area and The Pearl-Qatar, covering sales, public relations, marketing, and individual customer services. In addition to that, he explores new business opportunities and potential new districts for Qatar Cool.
Mr. Khader holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Mechanical Engineering, from Jordan University of Science and Technology. He also holds an MBA from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom. He is a member the Jordan Engineer Association and International District Energy Association (IDEA).
Mr. Al Mutawah joined Qatar District Cooling Company ‘Qatar Cool’ in March 2012.
He has operational excellence with a proven track record, of management of networks, infrastructure and facilities maintenance, customer service for district cooling.
Mr. Al Mutawah has progressive experience in engineering management of projects, services and operation management, across business processes.
Prior to joining Qatar Cool, Mr. Al Mutawah worked with Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation, in diverse positions. Mr. Al Mutawah has an excelled career in challenges of devising winning strategies, in business, with a sole aim of driving excellence & growth.
Mr. Al Mutawah has been selected by Qatar Leadership Center as an executive leader; leading to a PHD in engineering management, after the completion of QLC certification.
